We are in the habit of judging always. We judge others. When we see a person we have a judgment about him or her. He or she is good, bad, ugly, beautiful, stingy, black, white etc etc.
Who is making these judgments? Who is the judge ?
Our ego is the judge.
Is ego making the exact judgments?

Ego is an illusion. How can illusion make right decisions ?
Judging others as well as yourself is pointless and utterly useless and baseless.
Whatever you achieve someone else will do better. Whatever high up you climb someone else will climb higher. Whatever you achieve, someone else will do better.
However bad you are there are worse.
How can you place you or someone in the correct place between others?
Judging others is stupid as you cannot know real facts or criteria. Your view is always partial as you see only a part of the picture with your egoistic eye.
Do not judge and you will not be judged.
